  5. Meanwhile if you are not using the stalks of mushroom use it to prepare stock for cooking rice. It adds a very good flavor. I used a pressure cooker to cook so i needed about 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice and abt 7 mins on heat.
  6. Serve hot.
