- Add filling about 3 to 4 table spoon then stretch as you cover over the pocket.this dough holds well Alhamdulillah,pinch the side around the edges to close pocket and can pass rolling pin over to flatten out surface (see pic for possible end result)
- Heat pan grill add just enof oil to coat all pan surface,or maybe grill oven if you can try that too(or normal pan if prefer but won't get the nice grill marks
