  11. Prepare Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp Kal mirch (Black pepper)
  12. Prepare Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1/4 tsp Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
  13. Take Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
  14. Take Samosa sheets/Manda patti 17-18 Cooking oil for frying

Coat the outer chicken surface with flavored bread crumbs. Roll the flatbread to form a wrap as tight as you can. Roll up each tortilla in a jelly-roll fashion. Fry until a deep golden brown, a few at a time; drain on paper towels.

  2. Prepare Mince: - - In wok,add cooking oil,garlic and mix. - - Add chicken mince and mix well until changes colour. - - Add red chilli powder,dried oregano,cumin powder,red chilli crushed,black pepper crushed,garlic powder and salt,mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes or until done.
  3. Add prepared salsa and stir fry on high flame for 1 minute & let it cool down. - - In all-purpose flour,add water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside
  4. Take samosa sheet/manda patti,add prepared chicken filling,fold over the sides,roll up and apply all-purpose flour paste. - - Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (makes 12-14). - - Can be stored in air tight container for up to 1 week. - In wok,heat cooking oil and fry until golden brown.
