  15. Take 2 Tbsp curd - chopped green chilli
  16. Get as needed coriander leaves-

At home we can make it using meat hammer which is easily available in super markets. Apart of those two methods I.   1. Heat a pan on a medium flame and add oil - - - When hot add cumin seeds and let it crackle
  2. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick & Saute for few seconds
  3. Add chopped onions and saute until translucent  - - - Once onion changes it's colour - add ginger garlic paste and give it a mix
  4. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and stir well
  5. Add minced chicken and mix well with onions and spices until well combined
  6. Add tomato puree, curd, green chilli, salt as per taste - keep stiring until mixed well
  7. Add coriander leaves and give it a mix again - - - Add 1 glass water - cover it with a lid and let it cook for 30 minutes
  8. Keema masala is now ready - add few coriander leaves give it a mix
  9. Turn off the flame and remove it in a serving dish - - -
