Mix together beef mince and finely chopped onion. Heat a dash of oil in a lidded frying pan and brown the meatballs. Pour over Wattie's Mexican Style Tomatoes and stir in Wattie's Mexican Style Beans. We love mince recipes - mince is cheap, kid friendly and so versatile.

  3. When the onions start to go soft its time to add the Taco seasoning. Mix through. I don't use too much as the rice is fairly spicy.
  4. Add the rice. There are usually lumps of rice. Go through and squash into the meat. Add 2 tbsp warm water and keep mixing until completely combined. Cover and cook for 1 min.
