- Mix egg whites in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Using a spatula flip half of the omelet over to its other side to close the omelet. Then using a fork or knife poke the omelet a few times (to help cook center well). Cook about 2 min each side.
- Place on plate. Add avocado and salsa. Enjoy.
