  3. Wash the rice and pour into the water
  4. As the rice becomes par Boiled remove and drain out the water,keep aside
  5. Now heat oil in the pan add shahi jeera, onion slices saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears
  7. Now add the Potatoes and chicken fry well.
  8. Cover it and keep on a low heat, stirring occasionally
  9. Add tomato puree and saute well adding red chilli Powder
  10. As the chicken is cooked well add the rice and mix with a light hand
  11. Drizzle the kesar soked milk and mughlai attar and cover
  12. In another pan heat ghee and mix the biryani Masala
  13. Pour this over the biryani
  14. Chicken biryani is ready to be served with raita
