  7. To check if your dough is ready.poke it with your finger if it easily comes back it's ready if not continue kneading
  8. Put the dough in a bowl cover with a dry towel or cling film and let it rest in a warm place for atleast 45 minutes
  9. I normally like to hasten this process by putting a bowl of how water underneath the bowl with dough.i normally place a microwave grill between them
  10. After the 45 minutes your dough should have doubled in size.punch it down to remove air bubbles
  11. Knead again into a ball
  12. Divide the ball of dough into 16 identical pieces you can do this with a weighing machine.or you can Cut the ball of dough into half then quarters like that till you get 16 pieces
  13. Knead the small balls again you can incorporate any dry fruit you like
  14. Put the balls on a greased pan with parchment paper
  15. Cover the tray with a dry towel and let proof for 45 minutes again.eggwash with a brush be very gentle
  16. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees and bake the dinner rolls for 25 minutes.on the middle rack
