  3. For the baghar,heat 2tbsp oil.remove from heat.add 1tsp moong dhuli dal.let it turn golden.add seame seeds.return to heat.
  4. Add jeera and sarson.splutter for 1 minutes.remove from heat.add red chillies and curry leaves.stir for a few seconds.pour on the prepared dahi.
  5. Deep fry curry leaves in some oil and top raita with these.
