  3. As soon as broken wheat softens completely add cardamom powder and sugar. Mix nicely and switch off the flame.

  5. After cooling, add coco powder in one part of cool down split wheat mixture in a jar and blend till mixture smoothens.keep aside.
  6. Now add jamun puree in second part of broken wheat mixture in the jar and blend till it smoothens. Keep it aside.
  7. For making top layer add mango puree with remaining third part of broken wheat mixture and blend nicely. Keep it aside.
  8. Now take serving glass pour chocolate layer at the bottom, then pour jamun layer in middle very slowly and mango layer on top of the glass.
  9. Pour different flavours slowly with the help of spoon so that all layers can be visible.
  10. Garnish ready layered pudding with dry fruits. Serve as it is or chill for some time. Yummy and healthy pudding is ready to serve.
