  7. Get 1 /2tsp black pepper powder
  8. Get 1 tsp cumin powder(optional,if you do'nt take in fast,avoid it)
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  10. Take 2-3 chopped curry leaves
  11. Take 200 ml oil for frying

  5. Heat oil and deep fry vadas on medium flame.
  6. Serve with chutney of your choice.
