- Pre heat oven at 180°c.
- Beat the other egg in a cup, add a teaspoon of water and mix creating eggwash.
- Glaze the top of the risen dough balls with the egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool in a cooling rack.
